Creative Calling Session

Service Description

The goal of 1:1 sessions are to help you tap into your creative psychospiritual gifts to give insight into a focused idea, project or creative challenge you may be experiencing. This time could include breath work, meditation, sound healing, yoga nidra, tarot cards, specific yoga postures to rest into and other tools that may come up along the way. The initial “thing” you came for may change during our time together. This is a common part of the creative process. Sometimes more questions arise than any sort of finite answer. What You’ll Take From the Session You’ll walk away with 1-3 creative tools to fold into your day-to-day process to add breadth and depth to your creative transformation. 1:1 sessions may invite you to complete a few pieces of “homework” prior to or after our time together, such as written form, short video, possible samples of creative work so we can feel into what might be the right creative medicine.
